Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy is as follows:

• 21 days or more notice will recieve a full refund.
• Less than 7 days notice will recieve a  50% refund.
• There are no refunds if cancelling within 48 hours before the camp.
• Cancellations at any time will incur a £2.50 admin charge per day plus online booking system charge.
• If credit is chosen over a refund then no charges will apply.
• Stickwise reserves the right to refuse attendance to a camp if we believe any attendee is causing damage to the facilities or is being disruptive to others. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
• I agree that hockey is a physical sport and that injury may occur. I, therefore, consent to first aid being given (by a qualified first aider) in the event of any injury.
• Players must have appropriate protective equipment (shin pads and gum shield for outfielders and full protective equipment inc throat guard for GKs)
